You get access to our secure employment board website. That interfaces you with all screened applicants waiting to be hired by you.
How many job listings can I post a month?
You get unlimited job listings.
How many applicants are in your database?
We have several of screened applicants waiting to be hired by you.
What happens to my job post once I post it?
Once you post a job listing my recruitment department will review it, edit the listing if needed, approve the listing to be seen live by the 100's of applicants waiting to be hired, then our recruitment department will take this listing and drive applicants on the site that meet the job qualifications to apply.
Is my information secure?
Yes, we are a secure site, we do not share or sell you information with any third parties. All information is transferred from your web browser or mobile device over a secure SSL connection.
What other services do you offer? We are a full service Staffing Agency, we offer:
- Temp/temp to permanent staffing
- Corporate on boarding
- Employee training and introduction
- HR Services/ record keeping/employee counseling/termination and take the employee through the entire existing process
What is the corporate on-boarding service you offer?
We will take your new hires through the entire orientation process either at our location or yours. You provide us with your on-boarding documents. We take the new hire through all your policies , procedures, make copies of their DL, SS card or any other documents for the role they are being hired. We then have them fill out their documents. Once this is done, we hand deliver or overnight mail the documents back to your office.
Am I locked into a certain length of time if I use your services?
No we are a NON contractual staffing agency. We do not require you to stay with our company for any length of time. If after 1 week you think the Temp employee is a good fit, you have the ability to direct hire. I do suggest you stay with us for a minimum of 2 weeks since we do replace the temp employee at NO additional charge if it is not working out.
- Staffing- 50% of the employees salary for the life of the contract
- Entry Level- Recruitment- $500.00 Flat fee per Candidate
- Executive Level-Recruitment- 20% of the candidates yearly salary
- Corporate on boarding- $350.00 up to 6 Candidates per session
- Employee training and introduction- $50.00 an hour
- HR- Services- To be discussed
- Resume Building- $25.00
